Nest Brush

UI | UX

  • Project Overview

Starting as a product found through Kickstarter; Nest Brush is an electric, self-dispensing, UV-C cleaning toothbrush. Below you’ll find the research, testing, and execution for a web presence/ e-commerce site that my partner, Nick Jones, and I designed.

  • The Problem

Upon finding Nest Brush, we discovered that the company didn’t have a website where potential buyers could learn about their product or purchase it. We had to identify their users and design a path from the education of the product to purchase.

  • The Solution

Our solution was to create an e-commerce site for Nest Brush. Which would guide our users in learning about the Nest Brush products in an easy-to-understand and efficient manner, in order to help streamline the navigation and the checkout process.

Research

In order to find out how we were going to design a site for Nest Brush. We first set out to discover what people looked for when buying a toothbrush. From the information collected we were able to find who our users would be and what they would respond to in our design.

Implementing Design

From our research, we were able to start implementing our findings into a site for our users. Through cycles of prototyping and acquiring user feedback, we were able to create a system that is efficient and easy for our users to understand.
